Kinetic Kop
Kinetic Kops enforce the race rules, collect bribes from racers, direct traffic, direct racers along the course and answer questions about the race for by-standers.  Check this box to become a Kinetic Kop. 

Course Judge
Judges are very important to the race.  They insure that the highest standards of engineering and art are combined into each and every sculpture.
